Devon McCombs
Washington D.C. based McCombs Interiors emerged after ten years with the iconic Mark Hampton, Inc. in New York City. Working closely with Alexa Hampton, an Architectural digest top 100 designer, Devon mastered the classic principles of design and their interpretation in a wide array of architectural styles. Combining quality materials with artisanal fabrication, Devon balances all the elements of texture, color, scale and styles to create unique, personalized spaces reflecting her clients vision.
Devon achieves timeless enduring spaces with a welcome, livable appeal through clear communications. Visual room schemes, and floor plans are set in place in a collaborative process. Her acute organizational skills build on the aesthetic aspects of the project to execute a range of projects that are large and complex to smaller, more incremental appointments.
Devon’s abilities derive from her Art History major at Washington and Lee University,where she trained her eye and her intellect to interpret artistic works in multiple mediums. Having been born and raised in close proximity to the largest furniture market in the world and as a fifth generation member of her family within the design industry, Devon has consistently evolved within her sphere of extraordinary interiors.
